Why Banks Won't Lend to This Guy's Profitable Business

Tim Erven has now applied for a loan 5 different times at 5 different banks and has been denied 5 times. He needs the money to upgrade his profitable business. Currently he makes $300,000 from buying and modding console controllers, the mod enables a faster rate of fire for games such as Call of Duty and Battlefield 3. If he can not get the money he will have to ship business over seas via Chinese investors or have a high interest rate. I think that the bank should lend him the money because his business will ensure they get paid back.
