Donald Trump had been named "... the preferred team to redevelop the Old Post Office building and annex". The reason this relates to money is because Trump has said he and his team will delve $200 million into making this worth while. Also he will make a substantial amount of money from the spa and restaurants that are said to be included into the upcoming hotel.

Personally I believe that if he takes the money he makes and uses it for the betterment of Washington than this project will be worthwhile in the long run.
