Bad Granny and Granddad

So apparently while drunk two grandparents decided to hitch their granddaughters Barbie car to the truck and drive her around the neighborhood. An officer spotted them after seeing no helmet or safety equipment and that's when he found that they were indeed intoxicated. I think this is reckless and stupid and i hope they get prosecuted to the maximum.
